Morgan Payne Law is striving to cultivate a philosophy that acknowledges and emphasizes the struggles of marginalized communities. As the Northumberland County Lawyers Association president, Morgan has addressed such campaigns as the #FullStop campaign, which was created by lawyers who do not believe systemic racism exists within the legal profession. Of course, Morgan Payne Law adamantly disagrees with this statement and fully acknowledges the struggle racialized communities face every single day. She is constantly attempting to listen and learn of these struggles that she has not faced herself, and wants a continuing conversation pertaining to what can be done to ease them.
