Why mediate?
Resolving your separation through mediation allows you to make the best decisions possible for your family. Studies have shown that people who resolve their separation themselves have a greater sense of satisfaction than those who use the court system to resolve disputes. Mediation allows you to create a solution that is in your family’s best interest. Mediation is also a much cheaper, quicker way to resolve your separation than spending time and money working your way through the court process.
Who is best suited for mediation?
While mediation is a valuable tool for many separating couples, it’s not the right fit for every situation. If there is a significant power imbalance or a history of family violence, mediation may not provide a safe or appropriate forum for resolution.

Whether you need to work out a parenting plan, a holiday schedule or if you need to resolve your finances, Morgan Payne Law can help.
How much will it cost?
Morgan Payne Law charges $175 per hour for all mediation services, including intake meetings and mediation sessions. If you and your spouse wish to share the cost, both parties can be separately invoiced.
